
As PeaceGeeks' former Chief Technology Officer, Rasmus led the product development for PeaceGeeks' Welcome to Canada app, working with immigrants, refugees and settlement organizations to build a multilingual platform that helps newcomers access the services and information they need. Rasmus helped PeaceGeeks create agile software development processes that permitted them to develop high quality software efficiently to solve our users' problems.
Before PeaceGeeks, Rasmus wrote software at UBC, Electronic Arts and most recently at Aquatic Informatics.
When not doing CTO things, Rasmus tries to learn the piano.
Rasmus joined the board in 2026.
Rasmus grew up in Norway, and after living and studying in Scotland for two years, he moved to Vancouver in 1995 where he has lived since, except one year spent in France.
